Funding Success

Many schools have great success with funding applications for the PMP programme. Some schools apply to more than one body, below is some information that can help you with your applications.



If you have the following in your school be sure to mention these in your application.

  • High Maori/Polynesian roll
  • Any Special Needs Children
  • New immigrants and/or a transient roll
  • The PMP programme and equipment will enable children to reach their full potential
  • The equipment is not otherwise funded by education
  • The PMP programme has a fitness component
  • The PMP programme has a language component to assist with English Language (ESOL)


  • Here is a link to a thesis study of our PMP programme as support for your application. 
  • We are the only suppliers of this specialised equipment therefore only one quote can be supplied. Here is a letter you can print and attach to your application.
  • We suggest is to apply for resources for a class size of 30.
  • Ensure you have all the documents requested and that you attached them in the order listed most applications have a check list.
  • Occasionally you are allocated a portion of the funding you apply for and we are able to adjust your order according to priority.
  • Bear in mind to remove the GST exclusive $ value of any budget you have as the GST portion can be claimed back by the school. Please note any funds you receive from grants are GST exclusive.


  • It is important to note that if you have a beam in your regular gym equipment is is often not suitable for use with the PMP programme as it cannot be linked with our cubes.
  • We aim to get your resources to you asap – but occasionally we need to restock and it can take up to 4 weeks.
  • Please note that we require a 50% deposit to secure a large equipment order with the remainder due 14 days after delivery.
